Refund policy
How can I make a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. There are no additional costs or fees, including restocking fees or processing fees. If you need to return, please contact us via service@walsunny.net. We will tell you what to do in 48h.
However, some cases (e.g.: Non-quality issues, Changed your mind, or Unusable for your own reason) may be at the customer’s shipping expense.expense.
such as:
didn’t like the color/quality
changed your mind
ordered by mistake
bought it somewhere else
etc.
And the requirement is that the product must be brand new and unused, also must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee as below.
Restocking Fee: Equivalent to 20% of the value of the product will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of the product is no longer brand new that the value of the product decreases, because the product may has been
used
installed
disassembled after installation
some accessories are missing
non-original packaging
etc.
There are two ways:
① You can use the shipping label we provided and pay a shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
② You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
2. If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 7 days. Walsunny may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.
3. Items returned must be in their original packaging or acceptable packaging, along with all accessories in the original shipment. All instances of returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to Walsunny at Walsunny’s expense. All other returns are shipped back to a Walsunny at the customer’s expense. In cases where you choose to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be provided to Walsunny and confirmed delivered to our warehouse. Please note that it is at the company's discretion to decide if the item may be returned to a Walsunny. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned, or we have stated your pictures are counting as your return.
NOTE: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and any shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
How can I cancel an order? And do I have to pay for it?
1. Order cancellation before shipment:
①If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
②Contact us via service@walsunny.net to have your order canceled immediately.
③Please provide the order details, including the order number, receiver's name, and/or email address.
④Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
2. Order cancellation after shipment:
①If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $30.
②Cancellations after shipment are only valid to FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Any Items delivered by FedEx SmartPost cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
③After receiving your returned item, the full refund minus a flat recall fee will be credited back to your original payment within 3 business days.
3. Order cancellation after receiving the items:
①If you need to refund your order, you must contact us via service@walsunny.net within 30 days after receiving the items. If items arrive in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 7 days.
②And you need to provide your email and order ID. If items arrive in a damaged or otherwise defective state, you need to take pictures or videos of defective/damaged items.
③And we will reply to you within 2 business days with what you should do next.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-Walsunny items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
